Any idea if it uninstalls cleanly in this "beta"?

Last time around for 1.3.0.24 Beta, there were doubts.

Anyway, seems there's too much online activity for my liking. I do my PDF reading off-line.

 

says who? if ur talking abut the improvement program, its an user optin feature, its disabled by default.
