   When I try to make EXE from vb6 source code using Make exe command from file menu, NOD32 shows an alert and cleans my exe
   unknown NewHeur_PE virus
   
   How can I kill this virus?

   You can exclude the folder in which the exe file is created from scanning. Once you have compiled the final version, you can send it to ESET for whitelisting.
