Newbie question on Admin Console

Just installed and require a bit of help please :0)

Just testing the Administrative portion of NOD32 for rollout to 1200 machines hopefully soon. All in all everything looks good but have had a couple of issues whereby RPC would terminate on a few clients for some reason.

My question is I have been able to roll out NOD32 via the admin console and has installed perfectly but the configuration information never returns to the console. The client shows but under the column configuration it just says "waiting" and version N/A. I have looked at the install status and that says "installed reboot required" even though the machines have been rebooted many times. Also in the client properties window/configuration non of the buttons do anything at all but does say configuration downloaded.

Any ideas how to get this configuration info back
