newbie-how to set settings

    does eset nos32 antivirus 4 automaticcaly scan downloaded files, if not what settings do i use and where is the trade off between a faster scan and a deeper scan?

    it scan everything automatically by default. At this stage no need to change anything

    Default settings are pefectly acceptable unless something is causing performance issues to your computer. If this is the case post back your installed operating system | security software installed, if any |
