NEwbie here - need help

    I have just download the trail version and have tried to backup my harddrive to my sata drives and my usb drives but i keep getting this error why?

    E00640067: Failed to run the task

    Failed to execute the task script. Error #2 - "The system cannot find the file specified. (0xFFF0)
    code = FFFFFFFF80070002
    Tag = 0xBD28FDBD64EDB816".

    i am trying to backup my hole hard drive...i want to create a recovery disk..so if my system went down i could put my dvd in my drive and boot and reload my system..i am hoping this will do it...can anyone help with this problem

    Please accept our apologies for the delay with the response.

    Please download the latest version of Acronis drivers, install it with disabled logging and see if the problem still persists.

    If the problem still persists then enable logging by running the Acronis drivers installation package once again, reproduce the problem and collect the c:\snapapi.log file. Also please create Acronis Report and Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post. After that create an account, then log in and submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.
