    Strange, there must be something wrong with the technical infrastructure in the USA. In Holland, cable companies offer quite high and stable speeds. You really get what you pay for.

    Time Warner is changing the name to "Spectrum" I received a letter From "Tom Rutledge President and CEO of of Charter Communications Inc", Rutledge promises great improvements in basic service.
