One thing I bit care about using TBB is it's a bit less secure than latest firefox. As it is based on ESR, it doesn't employ latest security measure and lag in security fix. So I can't use TBB with ease at least unless turn Noscript to default-deny.
I find occasionally I have to fine tune TBB with about:config. The last 4 files in the browser cash seams to be a log of the websites you visit, I delete the last 4 files in the cashe which regenerates, in TBB 4.01 they left out the cashe in TBB 4.04 it is back in TBB.
