Can we update manually or should we just wait for the official release.

I'm pretty sure I read a post on here from PrevxHelp detailing how SOL protects against 'man in the browser' exploits.

I heard an interview with Mel Morris(I think) of Prevx on BBC Radio 5 live, specifically about this subject, and the recent UK bank account intrusions, so it seems Prevx are well up with this.

I'm sure SafeOnline will protect against zeus if it ever runs on your PC. It will probably be squashed by prevx too. Don't worry guys; were the safer ones; its the average user we need to worry about.

Edit. I had a quick look in my bank account and my debt is still there:mad:
    (haha)

Yes, that was Mel :) SafeOnline already protects against it without a problem - no update needed!

o_O Is Mel Morris CEO of Prevx the same person as we call Joe?

BTW....Would be nice if someone could link to the Interview if one is able to listen to it online?

I will see if I can find it and report a link here if i can find it.

Edit. Could not find it. It would help to know what day and what programme on Radio 5.

In this case... is the free version with man-in-the-middle feature enabled enough to prevent it?

I doubt if it's available, for example, on iPlayer. It wasn't a programme in itself, but part of a national news roundup I think. The interview itself was not very technical, and intended to inform non-aware non security-minded users how best to protect themselves.
