Hello. I have NOD32 Business Edition v3.0.672.0 installed on two Windows Server 2000 machines.

We just renewed our license and received a new username/password. On one machine, we had no problems entering the new username/password.

On this other machine, I click on "Username and Password setup...", and see the old username/password. I clear out the 2 fields and enter the new username/password and click OK. There's no errors -- the new info appears to have been taken. But then if I click on "Username and Password setup..." again, the old information is in there.

Any ideas on what the problem might be?

    ... thanks.

    Hello Ben,

When I enter a new Username and Password into the ESET software, I always skip that area and go into the advanced setup and enter it in there. I've not had this problem by doing it that way. See if this works for you.
