New to XP

    Just upgraded to XP Pro. Vipers website seems to be down. I have disabled Messenger but can anyone point me in the right directon for turning off other uneeded services please :D

    Thanks for the links. Quite unnerving seeing so many active proccesses. When I open task manager I dont see NOD running, is this a glitch ?

    It must not be running. nod32krn.exe and nod32kui.exe should be showing.

    Did you try a reinstall of NOD?

    Found it in processes, was looking in applcations, still thinking Win98 :p
