New to Prevx - install key or WebRoot?

    I just purchased Prevx 3.0 from Newegg.com and now find that Prevx has been bought by WebRoot. Is there anything I need to do to install Prevx or will the install automatically switch to WebRoot? I am not sure what procedure I should do to install this program on a WindowsXP machine. Thanks for any info or help that can be provided for this. The software will be showing up in a couple of days.
