I'm very new to Linux. I just installed Mint 17.1. I'm trying to install my Nvidia drivers, but can't figure out how. I've downloaded linux 64b drivers. I've searched online and they're saying that I have to use terminal to install.
    Can anyone help with this?

USA still the best. But barely.
It'd be appropriate if you posted the solution for others.

I just used Driver Manager that comes with Mint to install the driver for Nvidia. To access it click, Menu - Administration - Driver Manager. If you need newer drivers than those included then you would have to add a PPA or download the driver and install manually.
