I have enabled sharing through the options, yet I can only see the other computer on the network but if I double click it, I get an error that it is not accessible.

If I disable the ESS firewal temporarily, I can see the files fine.

I am using the automatic mode that I should would take care of thes ethings automatically without user interruption.

    What shall I do?

I was trying to share files that are located on my x64 Win 7 to access them from my XP Pro lappy.

Try switching to automatic mode with exceptions and enabling rules allowing UPnP.

Sorry, I meant disabling the "Block outgoing SSDP (UPnP) requests" rule in the rule editor, not in IDS.

I got much better support (almost instant) from you than when I emailed ESET, they told me to contact my local dealer! WTF? :S
