    New NVIDIA WHQL-Ceritifed Drivers Released; Recommended For “All Geforce Users”


    A major update for anyone using NVIDIA Geforce video cards and that covers a lot of us. There are huge performance boosts for everyone, especially gamers who are always looking for an edge. Many of the updates in this certified release were previously beta tested for months so be sure to update your drivers.

    This performance boost, is it at a cost of higher temps in the GPU? I am asking because I have the defective 8600M GT in my laptop and I do not want it to over heat just to give me a slight performance boost.
