I was just checking out SysInternals and I noticed a new thread talking about a new program called kX-Ray. This program pretty much does it all and it's free.

Has anybody here tried this program yet?

You can read about it here:

I have of course, and so for it seems a nice collection of data that it offers. Only wish the developer next one expands the window or makes it expandable because long file names along with the results crowd to closely right now.

But so far so good. Very stable app IMHO for a beta.

will i very well may be the least qualified Wilders browser to state this, i am compelled to state it anyway. this kX-ray seems to have very big potential.

i have been running it for around 3 hours...very stable, on XPSP3 box. appears to have an extensive feature set, especially for a first run public beta. what impresses me the most is this developer, Brock. fully engaged in this project, has a firm grip (IMO) of what this app is, what it isn't to date, and has a point by point plan for bringing this app to where he wants it to be. may just be me, but i am very impressed, with both the app, and it's developer.

The only problem I have with it. kX-Ray at the moment has impressed me.

Yeah, this is worth keeping an eye on.

It's fairly compact in it's present state but it's obvious the maker intends to expand it's capabilities even further then expected.

Another tool in the arsenal of stealth defense.

Waiting for a few more improvements (updates) to really put the heat on it and see what WILL steam up. LoL
