New downloads

    Iam trying to download the latest in Spyware, but I get the message that it cannot work because my connection server has been reset?
    What do I do to correct this? o_O

    Can you tell us first which software product you are trying to update and what version of it you currently have?

    Then we might need to know more about your PC environment, if you are behind a firewall that might be blocking updates, but let's start with the exact product and error message and see where that brings us.

    Thanks for replying.
    I have Windows XP 2002.
    Just thinking you may be right about the firewall because I have only recently installed it - not realising it wasn't set when I first got the computer.......
