    New Bugs Build 742.

    Win XP SP 2:
I start the program, would go to the left "action" (Aktionen) on "Properties" (Einstellungen) and the program crashes. The Problem is the faultrep.dll. The Bug is new in Build 742. The Program crashes also with Netscape v 4.78 The Bug is old.

    Win ME:
On Win ME the Program crashes total. The Bug is old.

    Hello joko,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Internet Privacy and Antispyware Software.

In Windows XP please do the following:

    1. Press the Start button, choose Run, type "drwtsn32" and press Enter.
    2. In the dialog that appears check the Log File and Crash Dump paths, then press the OK button.
    3. Reproduce the crash.
    4. Pick up the user.dmp and drwtsn32.log files in the directory specified at step 2 and send them to support@acronis.com along with the link to this thread.

To diagnose the problem under Windows ME please start DrWatson on your computer. To do this choose Run from Start menu, type "drwatson" in the dialog box and press Enter.
Upon the crash choose open in the crash message box and choose Save from file menu. Pick up the saved file from \Windows\Drwatson directory and send it to us.

We will investigate the problem and provide you with the solution.

    Thank you.
