New Avast??

    I heard the new Avast scans the hard drive for rootkits everytime when u start on your computer before windows starts up..if u have a virus or something, is it gonna tell u that it has a virus? is that what its used for? and what am i supposed to do or press if it tells me that i have a virus on that rootkit thing?

    So no it doesn't warn you about virusses but it warns you for rootkits. Never had a warning, so I can't tell you what the screen looks like.
