Never received my trial user/pass

I requested a trial user/pass as per the link on the trial download page (http://www.eset.eu/trial-f/?dis=03FA4034) and I have yet to receive it (30mins and counting).

I've tried 2 different email addresses, on 2 different servers, and nothing received on either. And yet I received my email to activate my forum account without a problem.

Also the email address input form (http://www.eset.eu/trial-f/?dis=03FA4034) was weird. I typed my email address, then submitted it, only to be prompted again for an email..With no error or success message to indicate the result. Not very user friendly

After clicking the trial download link sent to your email it should take you to a page with your username and password, as shown in step 4 of the following article: http://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&id=SOLN932. If this did not happen please PM me your email address and name. I will look up your trial account.
