Network problems on the PC experienced:

    Windows with Firefox and Noscript:
    Network bandwidth is modified
    Network discovery results are altered
    Signal strength results modified
    Network is disconnected repeatedly
Windows decrease in size all by themselves
    Flash and java is installed
    Flash crashes repeatedly
    Graphics card works overtime

    Linux with Firefox and Noscript:
    Network bandwidth speed is modified
    Network discovery results are modified
Network Mangager disappears from the system
Windows decrease in size all by themselves
Flash is installed, but no java
    Graphics card works overtime

When using Firefox with Noscript the problems increase.
When I use Chromium the problems decrease.
A firewall/hips only slows down the problem, depending on the firewall/hips.
If I use Chromium, in it's default installation, networking is normal and I experience no dissuasions.

    This leads me to think,
    A. Firefox, Noscript and Flash is being targeted.
    B. Firefox, Noscript and Flash are the vehicles for this activity.
    C. ISP is protecting their interests in advertising through dissuasion tactics.
    D. Fingerprinting identified through network activity for reacquisition of a target.
    E. Google is trying to improve their browser market share with Chromium through dissuasion.
    F. Evil code exists in Firefox

I can come up with some more letters if you like, though leaning towards D. :)
