Every time I start my computer, Network Magic (latest version) brings up a Word file asking me to buy software. This happens with the Pro Version and it just started happening about 3 weeks ago.

I have had extensive discussions with Cisco and Pure Networks and they have been totally unhelpful. It is happening on both of my computers.

Has anyone experienced this behavior and found a fix?

    Many thanks,

It is not a Trial version. I also have a Cisco router. I have talked to Cisco customer support who referred me to Pure Networks Support.

Neither one has been of any help.

Try using autoruns for microsoft/sysinternals or Winpatrol to disable all network magic components at launch. Set also potential services in manual mode.
