network error occured while attempting to read

    I'm trying to upgrade to the latest but it appeared this error:
    network error occured while attempting to read from the file

    An error that usually comes up when there is a previous version of the product installed. You can keep the installer where you saved it but you need to uninstall the previous version by following the steps below to make sure you got everything covered.

    **note**
    I was able to install the new version over my old version fine. But i have seen this happen many times on other machines.

    Does that msi file actually exist? It seems like it was deleted and now it's missing when upgrading to a newer version. At any rate, you can use the Uninstall tool to remove the product if removing it by normal means fails.
