I've written a long and negative review of Netrunner 4.2 Dryland 64-bit edition, a Kubuntu-based distribution with KDE desktop, tested on a laptop with Intel graphics and SSD local storage, covering live session, installation and post-install use, including look & feel, menu & search, Samba sharing slow performance, multimedia playback - Flash, MP3, Microsoft Media Server (MMS), Apple Trailers (iTunes), multimedia crashes and ambiguous crash reporting, default multimedia players choice, installation in a quadruple-boot configuration, installer crashes when using separate /home directory, typos in the installer slides, Kwallet bugs, Muon package manager unsigned repositories, crippled programs after upgrade, applications choice and problems with custom branding and notifications, incomplete Touchpad configuration and missing help files, no desktop effects, broken WebAccounts, overall stability, system resources, suspend & resume, missing icons, many other bugs and glitches, and more. Take a look.
