   HELP! Now I found out I can't uninstall this crap program
   
   Anyone know how to uninstall it? It's on the Add/Remove Programs but it won't remove.

   Not familiar with it Ash, but there may be an uninstall component in its program files? I also see they have a tech support section where you can contact them by email here
