    Its amazing how boring and simple people are with common passwords. I know friends who use the same credentials in many spots. Things that make you go Hmmmmmm!

    Heh, guess everyone can't be as smart as me:)

    My passwords for the sites I visit most often are:

    "1234"
    "12345"
    "123456"
    "1234567

    The Financial Times yesterday had a story titled "Cyber criminals focus on the super-wealthy", which seems to fit this story. But I can no longer find a link that goes directly to the story w/o a subscription.

    Basically they start by trying to hack wealth management firms and such and go on from there. The subsequent hacks are single target hacks, or misuse of obtained information from the successful initial attack.
