need to swap 2 disks sys&data?

...disk A with NT has room for contents of disk B which is in it's win 98 PC...
am I going to need a 3d temporary disk and does acronis take care of repartitioning as well

thanks for attention-grab yourself here are the details:
I have a large hard disk A with 2 partitions out of it's winNT PC and would like to transfer its system and data to a smaller disk B with one partition residing in win98 PC at the moment.I would like to also move the disk B system and data to the larger disk so in the end A goes to the mentioned win98 PC. At the moment there is enough free space on disk A to hold the contents of disk B (but not vice versa as well) and I would like to keep all system hardware&network settings so when I exchange disks everything runs smoothly. How do I go about the mentioned swap, do I need a third temp disk and is Acronis able to take care of making necesary partition changes
