Need more help with email tags

I just changed some of my settings per Blackspear's tutorial and noticed that my sent email tags have changed to include more information. I apologise if this has already been discussed, but I would like to know if it is possible to change them back to the way they were earlier? I also recently updated to ver 642.

Hi Jacqui D-If you haven't done it already, you should first go to Advanced Setup window (F5) -> 'Email protection' -> 'Setup' button -> 'Other', and verify that 'Log all objects' is unchecked.

 

Thank you very much! I changed so many things when I followed Blackspear's tutorial, that I couldn't backtrack and identify which setting I had changed to invoke that extra information in the tag. That makes perfect sense now.
