Can you try rebooting your system into safe mode and trying to follow the instructions from there? Perhaps those processes won't start in a safe mode boot.

Okay, can you boot into safe mode and delete these two files

    C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~2\ADDRES~1\winnet.exe
    :\PROGRA~1\COMMON~2\ADDRES~1\comwiz.exe

Then boot into normal mode and scan with hijackthis and close all other programs/windows and select and fix the following

    O2 - BHO: BabeIE - {00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000} - C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~2\ADDRES~1\cnbabe.dll
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [winnet] C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~2\ADDRES~1\winnet.exe

Then reboot and rescan and post a fresh log

    Thanks

Or, maybe even better, in safe mode delete the entire
    C:\PROGRAM FILES\COMMONNAME folder

    Regards,

    Pieter
