Need help with adware

    I already have run ad aware and it seems to have gotten most of the bad stuff out, but I am still getting a pop-ups. I woudl really appreciate any help that you guys can offer, heres the Highjackthis log.

    Please download Lspfix
    Unzip and run it. Check all instances of inetadpt.dll (and nothing else) , and move them to the "Remove" pane.
    You will have to click the "I know what I'm doing" button.

    Have Hijack This fix all of the following by placing a check in the appropriate boxes and hitting fix checked. Make sure all browser and all Windows Explorer windows are closed before fixing.

    Here is the new log, after doing what was instructed. Right after reboot, I was still getting one pop-up that came up off the screen. Its displayed on the taskbar as "loading". Most of the slow down seems to be taken care of. I have rebooted again, and the pop-up has yet to repeat. Please let me know if there is anything else that I need to do.
