    Hi everyone

    I need some advise as fast as possible.

    Im going to start studying IT/Software engeenering this semester and need to buy a labtop for it. Now, the labtop has to be reasonably priced, very reasonably priced. But I still want to be able to use it as my main computer, so it has to be able to withstand some multipurpose use.

    For example;

    Software programming, etc
    Web surfing
    Reasonable quality to watch movies (reasonable = a normal user dosnt find it annoying :D )

    and

    Reasonable game playing conditions.
    No high demand games or nothing, just normal online games, like world of Warcraft or Lineage 2, etc

    I have been searching around for labtops in my price class, but Im having difficulties understanding what series(processors) are newest/best and what graphic cards are best.

    I still have to many labtops in consideration to write them down here, but if you could do some kind of evaluation, like 1-10p and perhaps a brief explanation, that would be great.

    Processors;

    AMD Turion RM70
    Core 2 Duo T5750
    Athlon X2 QL-60
    Core 2 Duo T8100
    Turion X2 Ultra Dual Core ZM-80
    Pentium Dual Core T2390
    Centrino 2, Core 2 Duo P7350
    Turion X2 TL-60
    Core2Duo P7350

    Graphic Cards;

    ATI HD3200
    nVidia 8200M
    ATI Radeon HD3470
    NVIDIA GeForce Go 8600M-GS
    ATI Mobility Radeon X2400HD
    ATI Mobility Radeon HD 2400 XT
    nVIDIA GeForce 9500M GS
    nVidia GeForce 8400M G
    nVidia GeForce 9600 GT

    As I said I still have alot of labtops in consideration and Im not sure I will be able to find one with the "best" processor & the "best" graphic card, so as I said a evaluation of them all would be greatly appreciated.

    Dont hesitate to respond, The faster the better ;)

    Do a Google on each and you will get a complete answer.
    It will be good homework for your studies.
