Need help After Clean up Pc is still infected with virus

Need some help . My Computer was infected with a virus win32/Ramnit.F virus
3 days ago. I cleaned up my PC with eset smart security ,IT detected all the viruses and cleaned it as well . But now problem is yesterday i connected my empty pendrive to computer it detected a virus name LNK/Autostart.A Trojan
and i was literally able to see this file getting created again and again in my pendrive eventhough Eset was deleteing the file . I dont know what to do but my PC is still infected with this virus. Because I scanned my PC with malwarebytes and superantispyware it didnt found anything.
I also have completed Eset full scan . No new virus was found. But whenever i connect any pendrive to my Pc this virus auto appears in my pendrive and gets deleted again by eset...and the process repeats.

I use eset smart security 4.2 . I think the virus is in registry or something autorun file help me.

Steps to extract the file :
1]The file is a virusfiles.txt file ,just rename it to a virusfiles.rar.
2] The password to the files is : deva

I'd suggest contacting Customer care and supplying them with:
1, ESET SysInspector log
2, ESET Threat log

You can try running a scan with ESET Online Scanner as well ESET Rogue Application Remover.
