need alittle bit of help please

hello guys,
i just scanned my pc using spybot search and destroy and it came up smitfraud-c
has been found in c:\documents and settings \ben\local settings \temp\_iu14d2n.tmp

i have run full scan of pc using deep scan and normal one nothing was found

i am really worried could i be infected ??

any help or advice would be very helpful

i am running windows xp home edition sp2 up to date
nod32 2.51.20
lavasoft se personal edition
spybot search and destroy
zone alarm pro 6

 

Download ATF Cleaner from http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4949.html, and click select all. Then click clean. No more problems . It is just a temporary file and shouldn't be a problem. Do another scan with ad-aware se personal and spybot s&d afterwards. You might want to add ewido to your anti-spyware arsenal. I highly recommend it (not that that means much ) Post back if you have any problems.
