    Hi jmonge,

Option 1 - OA + NOD32/Avast (i know its not in your list, sorry for that)
Option 2 - D+ + NOD32/Avast (i know its not in your list, sorry for that)

    And MBAM free as ondemand...

b/W how is NOD32 v5. Is it improved in detection terms with respect to v4.2

    Thanks,
    Harsha.

You're an advanced user, you could do with the most basic setup and you wouldn't get any malware.

I'd go with the free one, and give all your goodies to the poor and needy. You'll feel better, and your system will be lighter. ;)

    Microsoft Security Essentials - free
    Sandboxie - free

And if you can't fight the urge...

    Hitman Pro - free
    Winpatrol - free

    Zero malware. Rest easy!
