Malwarebytes is not a antivirus and shouldnt be run without one. It should be run with a AV because theres things it doesnt look for which a antivirus do.
So you can make that 3.

If the firewall got hips then you can cancel a choice out that got hips like the antivirus products.
Since Nod got a good a good heuristic engine ill pick
    Nod32
    Malware Bytes Pro
    firewall

I stay away from security suites they're too much BSOD prone. especially on a rocky windows 7 these days BSOD for anything

I like Sandboxie with Prevx and Mamutu real-time, and then have scheduled scans set up with Hitman Pro and MBAM.

    From your list...
    Sandboxie and OA Premium.

I'm running only SBIE and VIPRE Premium together on one machine.
    I love that combo.

I'd be running that combo on the other machine as well, but there is a problem with VIPRE Premium recognizing workgroup computers, so I had to opt for SBIE, VIPRE Standard AV and OA.

I would feel very secure with Sandboxie and OA Premium though.

Hm only 2 programs? Maybe Spyshelter Premium, Panda Cloud AV :)
You have big list, hard to choose.

    MBAM Pro (w/website blocker)
    Winpatrol Pro
Outpost FW Pro 7.5 RC2 (Realtime spyware protection, Web Control Disabled).
Returnil SystemSafe 2011 (Virtual Mode active and Virus Guard active)
Avast! Free Antivirus (w/web shield and network shield)
    Panda Cloud AV Free
    Sandboxie Paid.

Here's my combo, hope it helps somewhat :)

    Sandboxie and emsisoft anti malware

    They complement each other well.

    All incoming goes to sandbox
The keeper will be scanned at the sandbox by EAM before introduced to real drive

it's hard to choose but we also have to think about renewing programs every year and mbam pro or sandboxie are life time programs and that is good;)
