i need to re-activate my license, again, after having refomatted, again, but the myprevx-license-manager will not allow me to de-activate my license, again, so that i can re-activate it again.. my license has been activated 3 times, which, apparently, is the limit.. i think prevx needs to improve their system.. my email address is redwolfe_98 @ yahoo.com , if that helps..

Good to here that's what I do when I have a problem with activating! I don't think there is a bigger pest than me with activating! TH
This is a new one on me, I am glad I read this thread. If you reinstall windows or revert to an earlier windows image before Prevx, you have to first deactivate prevx before reinstalling it again?
Reverting to an image should be fine but reinstalling Windows will generally require a license deactivation. If you aren't able to deactivate it, send me a PM and I'll deactivate it
This is ridiculous. I cannot deactivate a computer to transfer a license because the myprevx account confirmation email needed to activate the account never comes. Even after I renewed my license. Previously I had tried to transfer the license months ago with the same result. I understand the control of licenses, but to waste our time with writing in forums to get some form of is response is unnecessary. I now have an unusable license - AGAIN!

Message Prevx as the Post above you states. Support or Joe should be able to take care of it for you. Make sure to leave a description of what you want done. and the Key you want modified.

Have not seen him on. Just be patient you can also contact support Thur the support part of Prevx website if needed You can message them the License key also. Tho I would recommend just waiting on PrevxHelp sense you have messaged him.
