my username & password dosent work!whay should I do ?

    Hi
    i set new windows for my pc

    after install the windows XP I install NOD32 AntiVirus then set username and password ,when click to update buttom it say my suer and password is worng

    whay should i do ?:(

    Make sure that you enter the username/password correctly (copy each from the email you received and paste it to the appropriate fields to ensure exact transcription). Should the problem persist, contact the distributor/reseller you purchased your license from.
