"My Prevx" Scan History

While reviewing the My.Prevx account page, I came across the scan history which showed many "Malicious Programs" counts. They were found by CSI Custom, CSI Scheduled, Edge Real-Time scan methods. Not every scan identifies a Malicious Program either.

Yet in the Prevx Program itself these infection reports are not being added to the "Total Threats Cleaned" nor in the "History Log" or in "Quarantine."

What are these "Malicious Programs" and how can I see what the MyPrevx online history is seeing as Malicious Programs?

 

It's possible that these files are heuristic flags and not direct malicious detections. The Prevx scan log locally is the most accurate view of what the agent itself is reporting.
