My Personal firewall menu went missing

    My personal firewall menu went missing , It still right there for a couple day ago but for today when I want to disable it, I just can't find a menu just like this picture (In advance option as well) but when I check in window security center, It's show that the personal firewall still working but I can't turn off it

    Do I have to uninstall to fix it? or there is better solution to turn off it?
