I have a saddish story to tell: a review of hardware specifications and compatibility of my new test box, a T400 notebook with VT and VT-d capable 64-bit Core 2 Duo T9400 processor, 4GB RAM and 80GB SSD, considerations for future setup, potential installation candidates for testing, including Linux distributions like Xubuntu and CentOS, serious bugs with the Wireless-N and graphics card drivers, and why I decided not to use it after all.
