No, didn't miss a spot. That is a spider, I let him hang out because if I smashed him then I would have to wipe spidy guts off the new paint. :D

Well for all intents and purposes the car is finnished except for a light buffing in the near future. Come on up and go for a ride with me today, I am going to see how much better it runs with the added horsepower (added approx.70 hp.) it already ran very well. It really sounds good at 7000 rpms. with the tuned exaust. I'll wait a half an hour for you then I'm gone :D :D

Got to admit BigC...thats one cracking fine 'Spray-job ya done there Buddy..I know how much hard work went into that...not forgetting the now lack of fingerprints from using the wet-n-dry...:D....CONGRATS....I bet your 'Street-cred' has gone up 10 points...right?

Can't help wondering....if you sprayed the car in situ?...what else got the over-spray...:D :D..

Personally I liked it with the Newspapers on it...at least you would have something to read whilst driving........

Actually this paint flashes so fast it didn't overspray on anything. But you were spot on about the finger prints. :doubt: ;)

    Help!!....bigc

I was driving over the mountain on my way home last nite from a cookout at my Son's abode when the unthinkable occurred. A very large deer sprinted across the road, and yep, I smacked him. I have had my "Element" barely a Month! The front pass. side was muckled. When I got home I had to pry my wife out of the car! The deer did not stop so I couldn't find out who his Insurance carrier was.

Do you have any paint left over from your recent project?

Well you shouldda got out the car and smacked him around some more with the back of your hand to teach him not to cross the street without lookin' both ways first.

And I would bet if'in you was to lock Baked Bean Man in the car just long enough for him to let one go, the pressure would blow your front pass side back into it's proper position. Just remember to drive with the windows down for the next couple of years.

Speaking of bad accidents, my in-laws were on their way home from our house yesterday, and they were following a truck with a porta-potty on the back. My mother-in-Law made the following comment to my father-in-law that---"I sure hope that thing is tied down good!". Well at that precise moment, the potty broke loose, flew off the trailer, where-by they ran into it. The impact sent the potty flying over their car damaging the front bumper. All in all, this doesn't sound so bad---except for the fact that the holding tank was not empty and well their nice car was cover with well--you where I'm going with this. :gack: http://www.4wd.com/4wdforums/images/smilies/OnTheCan.gif
