    Sxperm, I fully agree. I cannot comprehend where their brains are. It's ashame because I'm sure there are people that do listen to them and get themselves in trouble because of it.

    This explains a lot............tech 'help' (oxymoron) is what drove me to Wilders...........i have NEVER been helped by them..................unless you call "Reinstall Windows" help.........:p

    Best time to call my isp is midnight, as there are no (or minimal) call center operators and just the real techs who are there doing the graveyard shift.
