I use Google Chrome around 40% of the time as there are a few features that are lacking but I have gotten around some of them.

For Adblocking I use Polipo(web proxy) and easylist from adblock

    Here are my favorite extensions:

Gleebox, it is a keyboard shortcut program on steroids
Lastpass, i've been using it for a long time and it gets better and better
Instachrome, Instapaper + Google Chrome is wonderful
    Neat Bookmarks
    Speed Dial
Trash can, it remembers which tabs I closed.
Fit to print, I hate poorly formatted websites and this fixes the problem.

When Google Chrome has bookmark tabs and a few other things it will be my main browser. Firefox is too busy for some reason imitating chrome which makes no sense.

What are you favorite extensions for chrome?

Adblock now works quite well in Chrome, I also use Chromebird for Twitter, Opera is my main browser in Ubuntu and Chrome my secondary, I enjoy both.

The problem with adblockers in Chrome is that the ads load in and
then the extensions like Adthwart hide them. If you don't have a problem
with that then cool but every now and then for a second or two I see that annoying ad ;)

According to the dev of Adblock, now they are blocked before loading, I can confirm that as I no longer see the brief flash of ads before they are blocked.

Yes. But this is what the author has to say on the extension page:
So maybe things will get even better when Google co-operates!

Till then, I'm staying with Privoxy.

At the moment I am using AdBlock, Browser Button for AdBlock, Docs PDF/PowerPoint Viewer (by Google), Ghostery, Google Dictionary (by Google), SiteAdvisor for Chrome & WOT. I am thinking about installing BitDefender QuickScan.

I'm not sure which is my favourite, the dictionary is probably my fave, the PDF viewer is better than using Adobe, mind you so is being electrocuted.
