My epfwlog.dat is around 400Mb - Whatäs going on here?

    Can anyone tell me why ESS is stubborn enough to always end up making my log-file *extremely* large? Last time Imade a post the file was almost 2gb in size.

    There must be some serious issues withESS and the logs.

    What can I do to help idnetify the problem?

    Go to Advanced Set Up/Tools/Log Files
    Reduce the number of days that log files are kept. Also ensure that Optimize Log Files Automatically is checked and you could also run the Optimize Now option keeping the default of 25. That should keep your log file in a more manageable size.

    My setting is at one (1) day and optimize now is set at 5% and the size does not change if I run the optimizatiojn manually
