  1. o_O I am one of those unfortunate victims of the demise of Directv-Internet. In case you haven't heard, they are going out of business.. (I signed up with another DSL Provider on Wednesday)

My problem is, I sent an email to tech support telling them of my new email address from my new provider. Is that all I have to do? I want to make sure I don't miss out on NOD32 when it comes time to renew.. How can I make sure ESET Knows?

    Thanks

    Hi Shooter,

You've done exactly what is needed. In case you want sort of a double check, feel free to drop me an email, including real name, old and new email address, registration info, and which distributor you have emailed. We'll check it out ;).

    regards.
