My Lexar jump drive works at home and another brand of Jump drive is recognized by my Dell Laptop at work. Is there anything that I can do to get my Lexar drive to be recognized by my Dell Laptop at work?

Based on input, sounds like a physical limitation. As questioned by Cudni - the devil's in the details.

Thank you for the link to Dell tech. I will try the ports on the back of the laptop.
