We have had a message popping up saying can not update incorrect username and password. My dad says that its still updating because he got a new version and I'm saying its not because a message is coming up saying its not. I checked the update status and it was last updated some time in August. How can we fix thiso_O

It sounds like he bought a new copy of NOD32 and didn't insert the new key he got in the e-mail, or he didn't insert the proper user ID and password. If it's the later, I would imagine he can find a place that says "forgot your password?" and click it so they can e-mail him a new one. Or you can e-mail support. It looks like his new copy has been waiting for him to insert the key or password since August. You should write a book. :D
