Can I enter the competition? http://30gigs.com/

I don't use it, but why do people need so much space for email? other than use it for online storage (backup) :ninja:

Their 2 MB limit when I first registered back in 1996 was ridiculously low. I kept getting the warning message about maxing out of my allocated account space. :thumbd:

Better late than never for microsoft's hotmail, but it hardly matters as most people are addicted to gmail/yahoo.

Also their Live-mail is taking ages to get outta beta, maybe they are waiting for gmail first.

I waslive mail for a while, and went through a period of about 2 months where I couldn't read any of my mail, when opened the mail would be blank, I had to forward it to a different account in order to read it, I opted out in the end.

Well, the competition is pretty big now. Lycos is offering 3GB of email storage for free along with unlimited attachment size. :D

Windows Live Mail provides 2GB, gmail provides 2.7GB...Hmm :D
