I have used MS antispyware for asome time on many PCs. I found that it takes quite a significant time to load on windows satrt up as compared to other programmes with quite a good amount of memory use. I don,t expect this as it is a single utility rather than a suite. Has anybody noticed same thing?

USA still the best. But barely.
Yes I noticed MSAS was a resource hog. So I tried CounterSpy it was more so like at least 2x more. So now I'm happy with very light Trend Micro Anti-Spyware.

well, ms antyspyware seems fine for me on loading and startup, but we'll see if the speed improves or worsens in the new beta for it.
