MRU and Goolge Safe Search

I notice in MRU Blaster there is a setting for removing Goolge history which I have a tick in but I am now finding that when I start a new session with Goolge everyday I have to re-set my preferences to use strict filtering etc I have the Google cookie in my browser which is supposed to keep these settings this is why I am asking if it is possible that this is one of the things cleared by MRU Blaster

 

I think all is well again, I uninstalled the Google Toolbar and cleared any old cookie then re-installed (still selecting not to send info to Google) I then re-installed and set my safe search filters and so far today Google has remembered everything.
This must have been a Goolge cookie fault and not MRU Blaster.
