MQ 5.3 - not working with NOD32 2.7

I'm running IBM WebSphere MQ 5.3 on a Win2003 Server
working good with my old Symantec
when I replace Symantec to NOD32 MQ won't start (no icon on the taskbar)
on other servers, those who send queues to teh MQ server I have the same problem - they won't send the messages while NOD32 is installed.
when I disable NOD32 service and kill the user process, these machines work (but not the MQ server)
had to remove NOD32 and go back to Symantec.

Are you installing with the default installation or is IMON enabled?

I'm using a modified installation, no IMON for server installation

 

installed on a different MQ client and had no problem
now I'm really confused...
